Details: Development comprising 130 student rooms alongside communal areas, cycle parking and a landscaped garden. This brand new student accommodation, located on Kingston Hill, was completed and opened in 2015.

Action Taken: The Energeyes team provided competitive quotations for the gas, electricity and water connections, achieving improved offers against the previously procured quotes. Following the tender stages the Energeyes team continued to assist with organising the works, helping to coordinate the multi utility project towards successful completion.
