Project: Astral House
Client: Criterion Capital
Location: Norbury
Project Value: Over 10 Million

Details: A former office building in Norbury has been converted into 54 one- and two-bedroom apartments for private rental. Delivered to a high-spec turnkey standard by HOC, work also included recladding the building with rendered insulation and creating a new entrance hall. An additional level was also developed on the roof, bringing the building to seven storeys in total.

In conjunction with HOC Construction and Criterion Capital, the Energeyes team have  successfully organised the electricity connections and metering for this office to residential conversion scheme.

Action Taken: The Energeyes team tendered the full scope of electricity works to a range of independent connection providers, helping to achieve a competitive, cost effective solution. The electricity metering was scheduled quickly following energisation in line with the required schedule of works.

Net Benefit: The Energeyes team helped to avoid the need for a complex BNO set up by including the associated LV works within the scope of the ICP.
