Project: As part of a longstanding relationship with Criterion capital, the Energeyes team were involved in the redevelopment of the former Brown and Root tower once voted the ’ugliest building in London’.

Actions: Energeyes organised the HV electrical works to the site including a 1 MVA connection where a significant saving on the contestable elements was secured against the network costs. When the electrical contractor needed further assistance with the internal building network, Energeyes went on to delivered a compliant BNO solution alongside offering a long term maintenance agreement. On the gas, we assisted in providing cost effective gas metering and chatterboxes to send data to the client’s BMS system.
