Details: Change of use of first floor office to provide 3 x 2 bed and 1 x 1 bed self contained flats.

Action Taken: The Energeyes team were responsible for managing the electricity, gas and water connection works, delivering a multi utility scope including all supply contracts and metering.

Net Benefit: All connection works were delivered on time and on budget in line with the programme requirements. Our dedicated project manager undertook a number of site visits to ensure all customer responsibilities were understood and undertaken to allow connection works to run smoothly. The electrical design was complex and Eenergeyes assisted in keeping costs down by avoiding the need to remove the existing supply completely while still complying with BNO regulations.
