Project: Sutherland House
Client: Criterion Capital
Location: Sutton
Project Value: Over 10 Million

Details: The redevelopment of a disused 13-storey commercial building in Sutton into 128 one and two bed apartments for private sale, with retail units at ground level.

In conjunction with HOC Construction and Criterion Capital, the Energeyes team have  successfully organised the electricity connections and metering at this local Sutton development, achieving significant savings against the local network quote.

Action Taken: The Energeyes team put together a competitive tender for the full scope of electricity works, opening up the connection to competition in order to achieve the most cost effective solution. Upon energisation, the Energeyes team have successfully overseen the organisation of supply contracts and metering for the 128 domestic flats.

Net Benefit: Alongside the savings achieved on the electricity connection and the additional assistance with project coordination, Energeyes was also able to handle the whole process of arranging the installation of smart metering in line with an agreed schedule.
