Project: Demolition and rebuild of a new 240 bed 5* hotel on Upper Thames Road in London including nine luxury residential units on the upper floors facing the river Thames.
The works include the major redevelopment of the site known as Queensbridge House within the City of London and construction of a 7 storey, 5 Star Hotel. The new hotel with nine riverside apartments will replace three office buildings on a site that runs from Little Trinity Lane to the river, spanning Upper Thames Street.
