Project: In conjunction with Red Engineering and 4C Hotels, the Energeyes team are helping to provide competitive utility quotations for The Minories Estate. The building was a deserted office located near the heart of London’s primary financial district, overlooking 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin). Long mooted for redevelopment, the proposed project is now a mixed use scheme with residential, office and retail space.

The mixed scheme will deliver:

  • 17,527 square metres of office space
  • 15,760 square metres of hotel space with 372 rooms
  • 7,187 square metres of residential space equating to 87 new apartments.
